Refund policy

Unopened Seed Packs: Eligible for full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery
Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 30 days with photos for replacement or refund
Lost/Stolen Packages: Not covered once tracking shows "delivered"

How to Request a REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

  1. Contact us via the CONTACT page within the eligible period

  2. Include your order number and reason 

  3. For damaged items, attach clear photos of the issue

  4. We'll respond with return instructions within 7 business days

Important Notes

  • All seeds are sold strictly as collectible souvenirs

  • Refunds are processed to original payment within 7 business days after approval

  • Store credit options available if preferred

  • We reserve the right to limit refunds for abuse of policy
