Shipping policy

Shipping Method:
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) with standard delivery times of 7-14 business days from the order date. Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment.

Shipping Areas:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive for timely delivery, USPS delays, weather, or customs issues (if applicable) may impact delivery times. Seedtiva is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact USPS directly. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost/stolen packages marked as "delivered."
